WHO ARE WE?

TuristulVesel (https://turistulvesel.ro/), is a tourist information platform owned by Aionitoaie Florin. This platform provides tips and information about the tourist offers of affiliated websites.

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?

In order to deliver the ordered goods and services, to confirm the Order, to inform you about the status of the Order, to provide answers to complaints, to evaluate the goods and services offered, as well as to carry out commercial activities, promotion of goods and services, marketing, advertising, development, market research, statistics, monitoring of sales and purchasing behaviour of customers, administrative and media activities, you agree to entrust us with the following personal data: name, surname, cnp, home address, e-mail address, ip address, telephone number. Please do not provide us with any personal data other than those strictly necessary for the purpose specified in this policy.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING?

Personal data will be provided with your consent are and will be collected and processed by us only for the purposes that we set out in the lines below.
Please note that the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of your consent to this effect (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation.
The situations in which TuristulVesel will collect and process your personal data and the purposes for which these data will be processed:

Contact form and newsletter subscription on the website https://turistulvesel.ro/ and other sub domains or micro sites of these web domains.
The collection of personal data in this case has the main purpose of providing answers to any questions you may have, giving us the opportunity to contact you and provide you with the requested solutions. This data (e.g. e-mail address, phone number, name) is necessary for a good communication between our company and you as a potential customer. At the same time, with the help of tracking codes installed on our platform from various analytics and statistics service providers, data such as ip address, duration of use of a page, pages visited in a certain time interval are collected.
All this information collected is for the sole purpose of: providing an optimized and improved experience every time regarding the functioning of our platform.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

Please note that in order to operate the platform efficiently, we use various services from external or internal providers ("processors"), to whom we may transmit part of the personal data collected from you, with the express mention that we will only use processors who provide sufficient guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing complies with the requirements set out in the Regulation and ensures the protection of your rights. 3. Billing services - name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, address;
4. Support services / project management - name, surname, e-mail address, phone number;
5. Courier/mail services - name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, address;
6. Services to send SMS - phone number;
7. Online payment processing services - name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, address;
8. Comment services - name, surname, e-mail;
9. Accounting services - name, surname, address, cnp, company tax data;
10. Legal services - name, surname, address, cnp;

HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED?

The personal data provided by you will be processed and stored for the duration of the contractual relationship with you and thereafter for a reasonable period, which may not be shorter than the general limitation period.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• right of access to data - you have the right to obtain confirmation from TuristVesel as to whether or not personal data relating to you are being processed and access to such data; you may also obtain a copy of the personal data provided to our company and which are subject to processing; for any other copies requested by you, TuristVesel may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs; if you submit your request electronically and unless you request another format, the information will be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format;
• the right to rectification - you have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified by TuristVesel, and the right to have incomplete personal data completed; TuristVesel will notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any rectification of personal data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort, and will inform you of these recipients if you so request;
• the right to erasure of data - you have the right to obtain from TuristVesel the deletion of your personal data without undue delay and TuristVesel is obliged to delete such data when: (i) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (ii) you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for the processing; (iii) you object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds for the processing; (iv) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; (v) personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on TuristulVesel under Union or Romanian law; TuristulVesel will notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any erasure of personal data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts, and will inform you of these recipients if you so request;
• the right to restrict processing - you have the right to obtain from TuristVesel the restriction of the processing if you are in one of the following cases: (i) you contest the accuracy of the data, for the period that allows TuristVesel to verify the accuracy of the data; (ii) the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use; (iii) TuristVesel no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but you you request it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to the processing for the period of time during which the legitimate rights of TuristVesel are being verified as outweighing your rights; TuristVesel will notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort, and will inform you of these recipients if you so request;
• the right to data portability - you have the right to receive your personal data in the form in which it was provided to TuristVesel in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller under certain conditions; to exercise this right, you have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from TuristVesel to another controller when technically feasible;
• the right to object - you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data, including the creation of profiles on the basis of such provisions;
• the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling;
• the right to lodge a complaint before the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out by the YachtTourist on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.

The information provided, as well as any communication and action taken in the exercise of your rights above, is provided by TuristulVesel free of charge. Thus, in the event that your requests are deemed unfounded or excessive due to repetitive nature, TuristVesel may:

• (i) charge a fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested;
• (ii) refuse to comply with the request.

Please note that by accepting this agreement, your personal data will be processed by TuristulVesel according to this Privacy Policy.
